SANTA SINDONI
It has been a long time dream to see the HOLY SHROUD or SINDONI and so when I first heard of the 2015 Exposition I prayed that I may be given a chance to visit. The grace came when a group of Filipinos in Rome organized a pilgrimage in Turin.
2015 Exposition is only the 6th after the Expositions of 2010, 2000, 1998, 1978, 1898. It is said that only the Pope can authorize a public exposition of the Shroud. So, Pope Francis authorized the April 19, 2015 to June 24, 2015 exposition and he visited Turin on June 21, 2015 to see the Shroud.
Millions believed that this is the cloth that wrapped the crucified body of our Lord Jesus Christ. For centuries now there has been a lot of studies and intense research being done and this is the only most studied artifact in human history. Seeing the SHROUD with my own two eyes I knew then…deep within my heart that this is indeed the Shroud of JESUS. Deo Gratias!
